Java Hills Estate is a working coffee plantation and not a hotel or a resort. Hence, our visitors receive personal attention while staying with us and have the opportunity to explore a real plantation. Many of our repeat visitors come here to simply kick back, relax with a book, watch the colorful birds, engage in nostalgic conversations, enjoy cool evenings with their favorite drink and savor home cooked meals. Our estate is well-known as a couples retreat and a favorite for honeymooners.

The estate has a two-storey bungalow with five well-appointed bedrooms with all moderm comforts expected from a seasoned traveler. All rooms have balconies with panoramic views of the estate. The house has an indoor courtyard with a water fountain and several sitting areas where the guests can stretch out. In addition, the house has a huge wrap-around porch where the guests can take in their meals and beverages. The estate has several walking trails for exploring the flora and fauna of the coffee plantation.

The estate is just 10 minutes from Madikeri town via a scenic drive . It is only 300 meters from the asphalted main road connecting Madikeri to Siddapura (Polibetta Road).
